Implementation of measures to prevent insider trading

Our company conducts training and education sessions on the "Prevention of Insider Trading Management Procedures" and related laws and regulations for current directors, managers and employees at least once a year. Training and education sessions are arranged for newly appointed directors and managers after they take office, and training and education sessions are provided by human resources personnel during pre-employment training for newly appointed employees.

In December of 2015, relevant educational and training sessions were conducted for managers and company employees. The course content included confidentiality procedures for important information, as well as explanations of the causes, identification process, and transaction examples of insider trading. The documents were also posted on the company's internal website for employees and sent to the personal email addresses of current directors to convey the importance of integrity to their subordinates.
