Furthermore, regulations concerning the implementation of integrity management principles can also be found in our company's relevant operating procedures.

Our company collects real-time regulatory information annually and periodically disseminates relevant regulatory documents to insiders (including directors and managers) to enhance their awareness of legal compliance and prevent penalties. We also provide directors with continuing education courses or relevant regulatory seminars annually to assist them in complying with legal regulations. Information regarding directors' continuing education is disclosed on our company website and public information observation platform.

In addition, the company provides education and training for its employees. In December of 2025, relevant education and training were conducted for managers and employees. The course content included relevant regulations for implementing the integrity management policy and handling violations.
