Salary and Benefits

  • Salary
    Our company has a reasonable salary, reward, and performance appraisal system. In addition to determining appropriate salaries based on employees' educational and professional background, expertise, skills, and seniority, if there is a profit, a performance bonus of no more than 10% of pre-tax operating profit will be allocated based on the operating results. Furthermore, in accordance with the company's articles of association, no less than 3% will be allocated to adjust the salaries or distribute compensation to frontline employees. Performance bonuses and compensation will be issued based on employee performance evaluation results.
    On March 4, 2015, the Board of Directors resolved to distribute cash to employees as remuneration in accordance with the Articles of Association, with an amount of NT$1,444,151.
    Salary adjustment situation and fair salary:
    Each year, we consult market salary surveys and adjust salaries based on market salary levels, economic trends, and individual performance to maintain overall salary competitiveness. In 2013, the company's average annual salary increase, including both supervisory and non-supervisory positions, was approximately 1%. Regarding the gender pay ratio, there was no significant difference in the annual pay ratio between female and male employees, regardless of whether they were supervisory or general staff.
  • Employee benefits
    • We are legally required to provide labor insurance and national health insurance, and are entitled to insurance benefits in accordance with relevant laws. For benefits related to employee maternity, illness, disability, old age, and death, our company will process and request payment from the Bureau of Labor Insurance and the National Health Insurance Bureau in accordance with the "Labor Insurance Act" and the "National Health Insurance Act."
    • In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, an Employee Welfare Committee is established to implement various welfare measures such as employee trips and birthday bonuses. Applications for welfare subsidies, such as those for weddings, funerals, and maternity benefits, are also available. Furthermore, subsidies are provided for employees to purchase group accident insurance, ensuring greater job and livelihood security for employees.
    • In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, employees are granted leave and rest time. The facility has a gym and a comfortable dining environment, and regularly organizes cultural and recreational activities to promote the physical and mental health of employees.
    • Measures such as providing subsidies for employees to purchase group accident insurance are implemented to enable employees to have a higher quality of life and job security.

Profit sharing Performance bonuses, year-end bonuses, and employee profit sharing.
Request leave/vacation They are entitled to various types of leave under the Labor Standards Act (special leave, menstrual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, prenatal check-up leave, paternity leave, family care leave, etc.).
Insurance benefits Labor insurance, health insurance, 6% contribution to retirement pension, occupational injury insurance, and group insurance.
Education and training Employee education and training (safety and health education and disaster prevention training, pre-employment training, on-the-job training, other specialty training and labor education, etc.).
Holiday benefits Spring banquet/year-end party activities, birthday gifts, wedding and funeral allowances, and maternity allowances.
